PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

FITNESS PROGRAM

We do have limited hours for our fitness program, BUT an average person works out at their fitness/bootcamp gym 3 days a week. If our morning hours work with your schedule you could save loads of money with the same great benefits and instruction as the bootcamp based gyms that charge well over $100 a month. Sixel’s Circuit Fit – A 30 Minute full body workout that members can complete during our morning hours. Workouts change daily with fun and exciting  exercises and mixed martial arts movements. A trainer will be with you  every step of the way to help you at each station and motivate you  through the entire workout. Members will enjoy the benefits of weight  loss, increased muscle tone and an overall improvement in their fitness  level.

MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAMS

NOTE:  We don't spar or roll in our Beginner classes to allow newer members to start our programs in a safe environment. It also allows our more advance members a time to learn and perfect techniques they would use in our intermediate classes. Members that are looking to spar and roll, you will be invited to our intermediate classes and open mat times to use the techniques in a more live setting.


Muay Thai / Kickboxing –  This is a coach guided class that works specific drills, techniques and  combos to build a foundation for each members. Members benefit from learning one of the most  realistic forms of self-defense while standing. This class also prepares members for  competitions in Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, and Pankration. The  members that don’t compete simply reap the benefits of a fun and great  workout that easily burns over 500 calories per class!


Jiu Jitsu (Gi and NoGi) - This  is a coach guided class that works specific drills and techniques to  build a foundation for each members. Members benefit from learning one of the most realistic forms of  self-defense while transitioning to the ground or on the ground as well  as prepare for competitions in Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and  Pankration. The many members that don’t compete simply reap the benefits  of a fun and great workout that easily burns over 500 calories per  class!


Open Mat Rolling or Sparring -  Members have the option to spar, roll or to practice the techniques  during these times. Coaches will be  available during all open mats to assist every experience levels.
